We are still waiting for an official announcement from Xiaomi. They have talked about launching Xiaomi Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro. They are quite the deal, as it seems. They are using curved glass and a bezel-less display. For the selfie camera, they will be using a punch-hole. We think the design is pretty solid.
Both of these devices have a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 90 Hz refresh rate. Its rival, Samsung, with its Galaxy S20 models, has a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Most phones out there right now have a refresh rate of 60 Hz. The resolution for these two is of 1,080×2,340 pixels, with a Full-HD+. Gorilla Glass 6 that protects the device from scratches. The selfie camera has a hole, placed in the top left.
The processor and RAM
Xiaomi will use Snapdragon 865 clocked at 2.84 + 2.42 + 1.8 GHz. Its processor is compatible with the 5G connection, and it will come with either 8 or 12 GB of RAM – it really depends on the model. Just like Samsung, Xiaomi will use the new LPDDR5 memory, which is supposed to work faster.
Battery and storage
When it comes to storage, Xiaomi Mi 10 comes with 128 or 265 GB of storage. When it comes to the Pro model, we are talking about 256 GB or 512 GB. The battery is of 4,780 mAh, and it can be charged up to 30 watts. The Pro model has a smaller 4,500 mAh battery and with support for up to 50-watt fast charging.
Reverse charging and wireless charging are also yes. They use Qualcomm’s Adreno 660 in both of the models. Both Xiaomi Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro smartphones will come with Android 10, and MIUI 11 atop of it. There’s also a fingerprint sensor under the display glass. We look forward to new leaks as we’ll get closer to the official release date of the two Xiaomi devices.
