The Elder Scrolls 6: Game’s Location Is A Concept In The Works, Says Director

The Elder Scrolls 6 was a mystery until now, and the game was surrounded only by lots of speculation.

Bethesda did not release any new details on the much-awaited game, the Skyrim sequel, and now, fans can finally rejoice.

More than that, you may already be aware of the fact that the game was a no-show at the E3 2019 and Gamescom 2019 as well. IbTimes notes that this does not mean that we haven’t got a clue about the game.

The trailer is out, and it definitely speaks volumes about the upcoming game.

Setting/location for The Elder Scrolls 6

The setting of this new game is a heavily discussed subject.

Bethesda Gaming Studios Director Todd Howard on June 2018, commented about the game’s setting.

During the interview, his only mention of the game’s setting is that it is in the concept and design stage, as reported by the online publication mentioned above.

They also reported that a Reddit user named kaylenivy shared that he has been working with professional photography software.

He reportedly believes that he might have discovered the location of “The Elder Scrolls 6.”

The online publication writes the following:

“The user makes a strong case that the game could be set in Hammerfell, making reference to the locations of Valenfell, the Alik’r Desert, and Sentinel City. According to the Reddit user, the city that is faintly seen in “The Elder Scrolls 6’s” trailer is Sentinel City, which is one of the major kingdoms in Hammerfell.”

A potential release date for the game

If you’re wondering what’s a potential release date for the game, we have recently revealed that the game’s director Todd Howard was asked about Starfield and Elder Scrolls 6 at a PAX East Panel back in March.

He said that these titles are going to take a very long time and that he won’t talk about either of them at E3 2019.
