Teamfight Tactics: Galaxies Official Patch 10.13 Notes – New Galaxy Incoming, Battlecast Gets Buffed and More Go Live on June 24

Teamfight Tactics: Galaxies will receive a new patch on June 24. With Patch 10.13, TFT players will notice Battlecast gets a bit more love. There are also a few more info on the new Galaxy, the Ranked system and some miscellaneous details, aside from the usual balance changes.

Ranked System

If you are ranked Master or above, you may now only queue solo in Ranked.

Galaxies

New Galaxy: Binary StarChampions can only hold two items.

Binary Star will occur in 10% of games.

Medium Legends Galaxy has been removed from the game.

Miscellaneous

Raised the minimum number of items that can drop in a game by 1.

Traits – Balance and Adjustments

Battlecast

  • Damage or Healing increased to 80/180/480/880 – from 70/160/325/600

Blademaster

  • Chance for Bonus Attacks to 30/65/100 – from 30/70/100

Blaster

  • Bonus Attacks changed to 3/6 – from 3/5

Cybernetic

  • Bonus Attack Damage changed to 40/75 – from 40/80

Dark Star

  • Bonus Attack Damage & Ability Power changed to 8/18/28/38 – from 8/16/24/32

Infiltrator

  • Bonus Attack Speed changed to 40/80/120 – from 40/70/120

Mystic

  • Magic Resistance changed to 50/120 – from 50/125

 

Champions Balance

Tier 1 Champions

Illaoi

  • Health increased to 700 – from 650
  • Tentacle Smash Defense Stealing increased to 30/40/60% – from 20/30/50%
  • Defense Stealing Duration increased to 6 seconds – from 4

Nocturne

  • Attack Speed increased to 0.75 – from 0.7
  • Unspeakable Horror Damage changed to 200/250/400 – from 200/250/350

Xayah

  • Total Mana lowered to 60 – from 70

Tier 2 Champions

Darius

  • Armor increased to 40 – from 35
  • Magic Resist increased to 30 – from 20
  • Dreadnova Guillotine Damage changed to 400/550/800 – from 400/500/750

Kog’Maw

  • Health increased to 550 – from 500
  • Total Mana lowered to 30 – from 40
  • Barrage % Max HP Damage changed to 2/4/8% – from 2/4/7%

Nautilus

  • Impact Crater Stun Duration changed to 3/3/5 seconds – from 3/3.5/4
  • Mana changed to 50/120 – from 60/120

 

Tier 3 Champions

Bard

  • Cast time significantly reduced

Cassiopeia

  • Poison Duration increased to 14 seconds – from 12 seconds

Jayce

  • Health lowered to 800 – from 850

Master Yi

  • Chosen One Damage changed to 75/100/175 – from 75/100/200

 

Tier 4 Champions

Fizz

  • Starting Mana lowered to 50 – from 60

Gnar

  • Health on Transform changed to 750/1250/4000 – from 750/1250/2500
  • Attack Damage on Transform changed to 100/175/550 – from 100/175/400
  • Stun Duration lowered to 1.5 seconds – from 2 seconds

Jinx

  • Get Excited! Bonus Attack Speed changed to 50/70/100% – from 60/75/100%

Riven

  • Energy Slash Shield changed to 225/375/1000 – from 250/400/1000

Teemo

  • Satellite Damage changed to 125/175/550 – from 125/175/600
  • Satellite Slow Duration lowered to 3 seconds – from 4 seconds

 

Tier 5 Champions

Ekko

  • Chronobreak Damage changed to 100/150/2000 – from 100/200/2000

Thresh

  • Total Mana increased to 90 – from 75

 

Items

  • Bloodthirster Healing increased to 45% – from 40%
  • Hextech Gunblade Healing increased to 45% – from 40%
  • Jeweled Gauntlet Bonus Crit Damage increased to 30% – from 20%
  • Statikk Shiv Damage increased to 90 – from 80
  • Zz’Rot Portal Health changed to 1500/2250/3000 – from 1000/2000/3000

 

These are all the new stuff and balance changes coming in TFT with patch 10.13. As you can see, there are no extreme changes to champions, meaning the meta will probably remain the same.
