Teamfight Tactics: Fates Official 10.20 Patch Notes – “More Buffs And Fewer Nerfs” Incoming For Tier 1 and 2 Champions

Teamfight Tactics: Fates will get an update tomorrow on September 30, with patch 10.20. We’re going to see some buffs to Tier 1 and 2 champions, Fortune will get some love and Tier 4 champions will be a bit more difficult to upgrade to three stars.

Combat Recap

The combat recap menu will also display damaged blocked, shields and healing for the team so you can know just how important those support champions are in your comp.

Round Timer

Each Set will start faster: “Removed the extra 5 seconds of planning per round for the start of each Set.”

Champion Shop

With the Chosen mechanic, reaching a 3-Star 4 Tier champion is a bit too easy, so the probability of finding 4 Tier champions has been dialed down:

Champion probability by Tier at level 8 changed to 14/25/35/20/6% – from 14/20/35/25/6%

Traits Balance Changes

Cultist (3) – Tyrant Galio

  • Attack Damage lowered to 125 – from 150
  • Health lowered to 1600 – from 1800

Dusk

  • Team Spell Power changed to 20/20/40 – from 20/20/50
  • Spell Power changed to 0/50/70 – from 0/50/75

Keeper

  • Shield changed to 175/250/400 – from 175/250/325

Mage

  • Spell Power changed to 80/110/180% – from 70/110/180%

Spirit

  • Attack Speed changed to 35%/80% – from 35%/90%

Fortune (3)

  • 0 Losses: increased to 3g – from 2g
  • 1 Loss: increased to 6.5g – from 4.5g
  • 2 Losses: increased to 11.5g – from 8g
  • 3 Losses: increased to 17g – from 13g
  • 4 Losses: increased to 24g – from 18.5g
  • 5 Losses: increased to 31g – from 23.5g
  • 6 Losses: increased to 38g – from 29g
  • 7 Losses: increased to 45g – from 35g
  • 8 Losses: increased to 55g – from 41.5g
  • 9 Losses: increased to 70g – from 55g

Fortune 6:

  • Average Value increased to 10.25g – from 9.25g
  • Removed the all Gold drop
  • Added a Spatula drop
  • Added a very rare “Jackpot”

 

Champions Balance Changes

Tier 1

Diana

  • Number of orbs changed to 4/5/6/10 – from 3/4/6/10

Lissandra

  • 1000 Daggers damage changed to 350/450/600/900 – from 300/400/600/900
  • 1000 Daggers Secondary Damage changed to 175/225/300/450 – from 150/200/300/450

Nami

  • Aqua Prison Stun Duration increased to 2.5/3/4 seconds – from 2/2.5/3

Vayne

  • Attack Speed increased to 0.9 – from 0.8

 

Tier 2

Annie

  • Burst Shield Damage changed to 250/350/450 – from 200/300/450
  • Burst Shield changed to 500/700/900 – from 400/600/900

Aphelios

  • Turret Duration changed to 7/8/9/11 – from 6/7/9/11

Hecarim

  • Spirit of Life Healing changed to 250/400/600 – from 250/350/500

Jax

  • Attack Speed increased to 0.75 – from 0.65
  • Starting/Total Mana changed to 50/100 – from 50/125

 

Tier 3

Jinx

  • Her spell is now an actual spell instead of an auto-attack override.

Xin Zhao

  • Total Mana lowered to 30 – from 50
  • Xin Zhao’s spell now properly flows through the Basic Attack system. (He no longer heals from Hextech Gunblade, but instead benefits from Bloodthirster. Additionally, his spell cast will count as a single attack for Statikk Shiv and Rageblade)

Yuumi

  • Zoomies Healing changed to 30/45/75% – from 30/45/60%
  • Zoomies Attack Speed changed to 30/40/60% – from 30/40/50%

Veigar

  • He now targets lowest current health instead of lowest percent health.
  • Butterfly Blast Damage changed to 500/650/1000 – from 500/650/1150
  • Butterfly Blast Spell Power gain on kill changed to 1/2/4 – from 1/2/5

 

Tier 4

Riven

  • Sweeping Strikes Shield changed to 175/250/750 – from 175/250/1000
  • Sweeping Strikes Damage changed to 175/250/750 – from 180/250/1000
  • Sweeping Strikes Wave Damage changed to 300/450/1500 – from 300/450/2000

Shen

  • Armor increased to 60 – from 50
  • Starting/Total Mana lowered to 50/100 – from 60/125
  • Shadow Dash Shield and Taunt duration changed to 4/4/8 seconds – from 4/4/4

 

Tier 5

Lee Sin

  • Total Mana lowered to 40 – from 50

Sett

  • Starting/Total Mana increased to 70/175 – from 50/125

Yone

  • Total Mana lowered to 80 – from 100

Zilean

  • He can no longer cast his ultimate on himself. (He may still cast on other Zileans)

 

Items Balance Changes

Titan’s Resolve

  • Max Stacks lowered to 25 – from 50

Hand of Justice

  • Damage & Healing lowered to 45% – from 50%

Luden’s Echo

  • Damage increased to 200 – from 180

Statikk Shiv

  • Damage increased to 85 – from 80
  • Bonus Damage increased to 85 – from 80

Sunfire Cape

  • Burn damage cadence increased to 2 seconds – from 1 second
