As for the RAM and storage, Samsung’s device takes the cake. With a staggering amount of RAM of 12 GB and 128 GB of storage, S20 wins. OnePlus 8 Pro has only 8 GB of RAM and comes in two versions of storage: 64 and 128 GB.
Both processors are powerful: Snapdragon 865 or Exynos 995 for the S20 version of Samsung, and Snapdragon 865 for OnePlus’s phone.
The rear cameras represent the point where things become a little complicated. Samsung’s phone has a triple-lens camera setup: 12MP main, 64MP telephoto, 12MP ultra-wide lens, ToF. Its opponent smartphone features 60MP main, 16MP telephoto, 13MP wide-angle lens, ToF. The front camera is OnePlus 8 Pro’s strong point since the device is great for vlogging: 30 MP for the ‘selfie camera’. Samsung’s phone only has 10 MP for the front camera.
Battery
Samsung Galaxy S20+ has a 4500 mAh battery that also features 25w fast wired charging, fast wireless charging, and also reverse wireless charging. On the other side, OnePlus 8 Pro is also equipped with a 4500 mAh battery, and it’s rumored to have 50w WARP Charging.
Samsung 20 is already here, and the OnePlus 8 Pro will be officially unveiled in April. Therefore, if you plan on buying two high-end phones in the near future, you already know two great options.
