Samsung Galaxy S20 Series Will Launch in March, After The February Presentations During The Unpacked Event

Samsung is preparing to release its 2020 flagship smartphones, namely, the Galaxy S20 series. Numerous reports stated that the lineup would include the Samsung Galaxy S20​, the Galaxy S20 Plus, and the Galaxy S20 Ultra.

As per a new report, the South Korean tech giant is expected to release all the mobile devices in the series on March 6th, 2020. The announcement comes from the renowned tipster Max Weinbach who has posted the information on January 27th on his Twitter page. He has noted the price of the forthcoming devices as well. In addition, the leaker has also announced the expected price for the Galaxy Z Flip.

The Galaxy Z Flip Will be Exclusive for AT&T at First

The Galaxy Z Flip is Samsung’s next-generation foldable mobile phone. As per Weinbach, the company is planning to release the Galaxy Z Flip on February 14th, but the post was a bit confusing as it is unclear whether Weinbach actually mentioned the launch date or the sale date of the device.

The Twitter post noted that the Galaxy Z Flip is going to be $1,400 and that it will be an AT&T exclusive device in the U.S. for a while. The unlocked version of the smartphone will allegedly also be available in the U.S.

“Just head from a new source: Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip will likely launch on February 14th. It retails at $1400. It may be an AT&T exclusive again, but this time it might be a timed exclusive. It will also be available unlocked,” reads Weinbach’s Twitter post.

Samsung Galaxy S20 Series to Launch in March

Weinbach has also claimed that the Samsung Galaxy S20​, the Galaxy S20 Plus, and the Galaxy S20 Ultra will be released on the first Friday of March 2020 and that the Galaxy S20 Ultra will cost $1,300. He also stated that the flagship series would feature an IP68 rating, which means it is water-resistant.

In addition, the post said that Samsung is also planning to launch the Galaxy Buds+, which are supposedly has a price tag of $149.99. The upcoming gadgets will allegedly have better battery life and enhanced Active Noise Isolation.
