Realme X3 is the upcoming flagship series built by the Realme smartphone company. The Realme X3 SuperZoom Edition was noticed online on some of the mobile authentication websites. However, a new upcoming model has received certification via a Chinese mobile authentication website – Realme X3 5G. That means that there are two upcoming smartphones in the Realme X3 series. The news is not unexpected as we are used to seeing two models for each new series of mobile phones.

Looking at the information posted on TENNA, the company certified the upcoming smartphone as Realme RMX2142. However, the website didn’t share the actual name of the model, which makes people believe it to be the basic Realme X3 5G version. All the website is sharing are a few hardware specifications.

Let’s take a closer look at the details shared on the TENNA website. According to the information on the website, the upcoming basic version of Realme X3 features a Realme X50 5G apelike hardware. The said model is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G chipset that features 5G connectivity. The smartphone also features a dual-mode SA/NSA 5G mode that is believed to operate on sub 6GHz networks.
The in-built processor features 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. However, at the moment, there is no information regarding the storage expansion capacity. In terms of the operating system, we might see the smartphone run on Android 10 and the Realme UI.
The upcoming Realme X3 5G is said to feature a 6.57-inch LCD display.
Moving forward to the camera details, we will see a quad-camera module. The primary camera sensor can produce 48MP images. There is no official information about the standard version yet; however, the other sensors are said to feature an 8MP ultra-wide-angle and a set of 2MP. The front-facing camera is believed to feature a 16MP Sony IMX471 sensor coupled with a 2MP sensor. In terms of security, the mobile phone might accommodate a fingerprint scanner located on the side panel. A lasting battery is always welcomed, that’s why the smartphone is said to come with a 4,200 mAh battery.
The mobile phone mentioned on the Chinese mobile authentication website is expected to launch as the the Realme X50 Lite in China. However, there is no official confirmation yet. Realme’s X series consists of the top smartphones of the company, and we expect no less from the upcoming lineup. With each launch, we see more and more advanced components used in these mobile phones, and it is clear that Realme wants to raise the bar.
