Pokémon GO 0.163.0 Update Comes With Bug Fixes

Pokémon GO is arguably the most played augmented reality mobile game in the world. Developed and published by Niantic, the title is available for devices running both Android and iOS operating systems.

A part of the Pokémon series, the game is the outcome of a partnership between Niantic, Nintendo, and The Pokémon Company. The title is still a global gaming sensation that has been downloaded for more than one billion times.

Recently, the world of Pokémon​ GO has been invaded by Team GO Rocket. Players must battle with Team GO Rocket Grunts while restoring PokéStops and release Pokémon​.

The game is free to download and play, but it also offers in-game purchases, which can be disabled in the device’s settings. An important mention would be that Pokémon​ GO is optimized for smartphones, and not for tablets or PC.

Compatible with Android devices that have 2GB of RAM or more memory available, the game only runs on Android versions 4.4 to 7.0. To play the game, players must own a device with GPS capacities, and smartphones connected to a Wi-Fi network. The title’s developers recommend players to enjoy it while connected to a network so they can get the accurate location information.
