The OnePlus 8 lineup is expected to be released sometime in the next year’s first quarter. Not long ago, leaked images of the OnePlus 8 Pro were released on the Internet, which suggested the device will come with a probable punch-hole display.
Now, a new report from 91Mobiles has surfaced, showing what the third device in the series, OnePlus 8 Lite, will look like.
Punch-Hole Display in the OnePlus 8 Lite
The renders’ were joined a 360-degree video of the handset. The short footage shows the OnePlus 8 Lite packing a central punch-hole camera, similar to that on the Samsung Galaxy Note 10, as well as the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus.
The screen seems to be flat, the edges seem to lack curves, and the bezels appear to be quite minimal; however, this was expected as the Lite model is most likely a mid-range device.
When it comes to the display size, the renders say it will probably be 6.4-inch or 6.5-inch, and the overall dimensions will allegedly be around 159.2 x 74 x 8.6mm. Even though the refresh rate of the screen has not been revealed, rumors have it that the OnePlus 8 Lite will come with a 90Hz refresh rate display.
OnePlus 8 Lite is also depicted featuring a rectangular camera setup hosting two cameras, an LED flash, and sensors. There is no rear-placed fingerprint scanner in the renders, which could mean that the device will come with an in-display fingerprint scanner instead. If that proves to be correct, the panel would most likely be an OLED display.
Dual-Camera Setup for the OnePlus 8 Pro
When it comes to the OnePlus 8 Pro, the renders seem to show that the device will pack a dual punch-hole camera at the top right side of the screen, similar to that of the Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus. The screen will allegedly be rounded at the edges.
OnePlus 8 Pro is expected to feature the latest processor released, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865, and will also have 128GB of RAM. The operating system is most likely going to be the latest Android released, Android 10.
More details about the OnePlus 8 series will soon appear on the web, mainly because the release date is slowly getting closer.
