New Games Confirmed for PS5: Astro’s Playroom, Battlefield 6, Dirt 5

Sony’s upcoming PS5 will launch at the end of this year, and gamers worldwide wonder which titles will be released for the PS5.

On June 11, Sony revealed numerous PS5 confirmed games in the official event.

Thankfully, the next-gem system will feature backward compatibility for most PS4 games, but the dedicated titles are debated among the community.

Unfortunately, Sony did not reveal the price of the PS5, but they published a list of 26 titles from both third-party and first-party developer studios.

We have put together a list of games that are confirmed for launch on the upcoming system.

Here are the most notable titles:

Astro’s Playroom

That is one of the most impressive PS5 titles that was announced.

It comes pre-loaded on all PS5 systems.

Astro, from the “Playroom VR” game on PS4, will be making a comeback. It will act as a cute tech demo that will show off the console’s capabilities.

Battlefield 6

EA has confirmed that Battlefield 6 will be launched on next-gen consoles in 2021.

Battlefield 6 will seemingly be aiming to innovate with the help of next-gen technology. Unfortunately, little is known about the game at the moment.

Chivalry 2

Chivalry 2 is a multiplayer first-person hack n’ slash game that places players into awesome medieval battles to siege castles and wreak havoc in 64-players battlefields. Also, cross-play will be enabled.

Dirt 5

Dirt is back! The upcoming game was introduced during the Xbox Series X gameplay reveal event, and shortly after, it was confirmed for release on PS5 (and PS4, surprisingly).

Dirt 5 will most likely benefit from next-gen hardware to showcase exciting off-road racing as we’ve never seen before!

The game list goes on and on, and we expect more to be announced soon, so stay tuned!
