Motorola is getting ready for a significant release of its upcoming flagship device. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor, according to the company’s official statement. Besides this, Motorola will release a mid-range smartphone with Snapdragon 765 SoC. According to some reports, the company intends to release Motorola Edge Plus. Some photos have been resurfacing on the Internet, displaying the next-gen smartphone’s design.
Photos Unveiled the Design of Motorola Edge Plus
The surfaced photos (via XDA-Developers) showcase a curved screen and a punch-hole camera feature. The new curved panel on the device resembles the design of the Huawei Mate 30 Pro. However, we can notice some different touches, the Motorola device, for example, displays some sleek edges and it has also held the volume rocker keys.
Upfront, the smartphone embodies only one punch-hole selfie camera put at the top-left corner of the screen. The Motorola Edge+ is believed to arrive with a 6.67-inch full HD+ display with a 1080×2340 pixel resolution. Some sources had also claimed that the device would come in the U.S. as Motorola Edge Plus, and it will also come equipped with some features such as Moto Gametime, Moto Edge Assistant, and Moto Audio.

As for the mid-labeled version is rumored to bring a 6.67-inch full HD+ curved display and to be supported by Snapdragon 765 G or Snapdragon 765. The device is also speculated to be a gaming-based smartphone with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. Reports indicated its codename as “racer 5,” which shows that the smartphone will support the 5G connectivity.
As for its performance, it comes a 4,660 mAh battery and Android 10 run-up. XDA Developers are the ones who have unveiled the pictures for the first time. Other details include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC support for Motorola Edge Plus, 8GB and 12GB of RAM, and a 5,170 mAh non-removable battery. The smartphone will run on Android 10.
