Minecraft: Java Edition Nether Update – A New Snapshot Is Here

At the moment, Minecraft is definitely one of the most successful games out there, and fans know this by now.

Minecraft managed to sell loads of copies, and the best thing is that it broke 176 million copies as of May 2019, according to the latest data coming from WindowsCentral.

You might have heard a lot about Nether and if you’ve been wondering what’s the fuss about Netherite in Minecraft, well, this is a new high-level material that’s found in the Nether valued for the Diamon-beating properties. We’ve addressed the subject in one of our previous articles.

Minecraft Java Edition: New Snapshot that prepares us for the Nether Update

Windows Central is here with more news regarding the Nether Update. There’s a new snapshot that comes after two more, and that is entirely focused on preparing people for the Nether Update.

This will reportedly overhaul the Hell-like dimension that is known in the game as Nether.

The snapshot is available for interested people to install now, but it doesn’t come with too many new features.

The most important changes included in the snapshot

The online publication notes the important changes, and you can also check these out below.

The addition of the new target block
The new crying obsidian block
The new zombified piglin
A bunch of fixes and improvements

You can check out more details on this feature by heading over to the original article.

The snapshot does not come with too many new goodies, but this doesn’t mean that it’s not really exciting to see the Nether Update evolving and taking shape.

The online publication concludes by saying that Mojang is probably not done, and we can expect more similar snapshots in the upcoming months.

You can also check out the official blog post in order to learn more details.
