Minecraft: Java Edition Brings along Important Fixes for the Nether Update

We should consider ourselves lucky for having a game like Minecraft around. Being almost a decade old since it was released by Mojang in 2011, Minecraft comes in different versions. One of them is Minecraft Java Edition, and its developers have only good words to say about it:

The original version of Minecraft! Java Edition has cross-platform play between Windows, Linux and macOS, and also supports user-created skins and mods. Includes a decade’s worth of updates, with much more to come!

Mojang Studios is returning with new snapshots and betas for Minecraft. The latest additions are bug fixes and general improvements. If you love crafting and building yourself an awesome world in Minecraft than you should definitely consider playing the Java Edition as it has some amazing features available for the players to enjoy and take advantage of them.

New options for creating custom worlds

Besides this new option, there are also other significant changes, and we’re glad to mention them:

  • New command lines for disabling chat and multiplayer options.
  • Bug fixes and improvements.
  • Individual redstone pieces can toggle between a cross and a dot.
  • New settings that allow players to tweak custom worlds with greater control.

The snapshot is part of the Nether Update, which is not expected to be too far out now. If you want to play the Java Edition of Minecraft but you’re hesitant to pay the demanded $26.99 price for it, it’s worth knowing that there’s also a trial version available for you to grab. This Minecraft version is known for receiving frequent updates via the game’s launcher, and it grants you access to snapshots that can enable early access to new features.

Minecraft Java Edition supports user-created skins and mods, and it’s available for Windows, Linux, and Mac. Also, the game supports cross-platform play with Windows 10, Xbox One, mobile devices, and Nintendo Switch.
