LG Works On A New Smartphone Series, And It Revealed The Possible Design

Recently, LG unveiled a series of sketches of its next device. The images showcase a distinct “minimalistic design language.” A “Raindrop” camera and symmetrical curves on both sides can be spotted first. Other features include an evolutionary design that LG seems to be very proud of it. The company revealed that the upcoming lineup of smartphones would be different from what we witnessed before. LG published such details at a time when many reports suggested the cancelation of the LG G-series flagship. It seems that a new perspective and concept were the elements that the company needed the most.

LG Will Release a New Series of Flagship Smartphones

Given the recent leak officially released by LG, the upcoming smartphone will arrive with a new design and features. According to the company’s announcement, the series will be the next flagship smartphones, very different from what it was launched before. The first feature that the smartphone will sport is a new top camera. A camera module is said to point out, while the other two cameras will flush within the device’s back panel, according to the official post. There’s also an LED flash placed in descending order to match the cameras and complete the raindrop design.

Another feature of the upcoming LG smartphone series is expected to be the 3D Arc Design. The device’s edges of the display and back be a little bit more symmetrically curved. Such an aspect offers a more natural touch in hand than previous LG devices. It will also mean less sharp angles and edges. As for the front panel, no sign of notch has been spotted. Other missing functions include the fingerprint sensor, the power button, and the volume keys. If LG decides to release the new smartphone lineup in May with the new design, it will be expected to come as a direct rival for manufacturers such as Samsung.
