New leaks have surfaced, thanks to Rodent950 who uploaded some Huawei P40 Pro Renders on OnLeaks a few days ago. However, thanks to a partnership with 9TechEleven, we were able to see an updated render of the device.
The renders are based on all the official CAD files, along with the recent leaks and rumors, as Rodent950 mentioned in the tweet below:

Everything We Know About Huawei P40 Pro: Specs, Release Date
Looking at the renders, we see the Huawei P40 Pro will come with two selfie cameras (on coming with an ultra-wide-angle). The display will be slightly curved as it will have a quad-edge panel that should conceal all the corners and better protect the front. It is said that each corner will have a small lip so that it takes the impact when the phone is dropped.
We see all bezels are the same thickness, which is a bit odd since the company always mentioned they wanted to make their phone’s chin a bit thicker to avoid “inadvertent presses.”
Huawei P40 Pro will probably keep the size at 6.5-inches display, but rumors say it could change to 6.7-inches.
Now looking at the back render, we see a vertical camera setup that houses five cameras and the LED flash. The camera system is similar to the ones of the future Galaxy S11 and Galaxy S11+.
There are no details about the camera specs, but Huawei is planning to release an impressive Penta-camera system. We’re talking about one main sensor, an ultra-wide-angle shooter, a periscope camera that can enable 10x optical zoom, an LED flash, a Time-of-Flight camera for better portraits and a fifth camera that could be a telephoto. However, RODENT950 mentioned the fifth camera could be a wider ultra-wide-angle camera or a macro.
Other Huawei P40 Pro Specs
The device should come with a Kirin 990 5G chipset with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage or an alternative of 12GB of RAM with 256GB of internal storage.
We will see it with Android 10 and EMUI 10 – but we do not know yet whether it will have Google’s services and apps right out of the box considering the US government trade ban that is currently going on.
As for the official announcement, we should see Huawei P40 Pro unveiled in late March 2020 in Paris, France, during an event. That is where the cheaper Huawei P40 and Huawei P40 lite should also make an appearance next to the premium flagship.
