GTA Online enthusiasts will love this piece of news. The game will get its “biggest, most audacious, most complex criminal operation ever” next Thursday, 12th December. This will come in the form of The Diamond Casino Heist.
GTA Online’s controversial Diamond Casino & Resort finally opened its doors back in July. This was after six whole years during which is was looming silently on the horizon, as EuroGamer puts it.
Since back then, players have been able to gamble their earnings in the amazing surroundings. But starting next week, they will be given the chance to check out the casino’s vault.
The official notes coming from Rockstar offer more details, as you will see below.
Rockstar addresses infiltrating the casino
“Something’s up at The Diamond Casino & Resort,” said Rockstar, and continued with the following:
“Patrons have reported seeing unusual security patrols on the casino floor. Penthouse owners are receiving cryptic text messages from the Cheng Family Holdings. Insiders have spotted unfamiliar blueprints on Agatha Baker’s desk, and visitors to their website are certain the intrusions there can only mean one thing: there’s a crew getting ready to take the whole thing down.”
Rockstar also says that infiltrating the casino will need careful preparation. In order to begin the heist crews will need to establish a retro arcade business as a front for the criminal operation.
From there, it’s been revealed players will be given “a diverse range of opportunities for set-up and prep missions that shape [their] plan of attack, multiple paths of approach, constantly changing security measures and a dizzying array of choices once inside.”

Speaking of GTA, there have been a lot of rumors regarding the next installation of the popular game.
At the end of last month, the publisher of the widely played GTA series has just released an update regarding its incredibly awaited casino, Grand Theft Auto 6. The report could suggest that the game will be released next year.
