Samsung has officially revealed not much – and if it weren’t for all those leaks, we’d have only a slight idea about the S20 line, the new foldable, and so on. However, with all the leaks that have been piling up in the past few months, we know almost everything about Samsung’s smartphones of 2020 and when they will be revealed.
Galaxy S20 and Galaxy Buds Plus to Come as a Bundle if Pre-Ordered
So, without further ado, Samsung Unpacked will be taking place on February 11 and thanks to notorious leaker Evan Blass, the Galaxy S20 line has an official promo in which we found out that if you order an S20+ or an S20 Ultra, you will receive a free set of the next-gen wireless earphones – the Galaxy Buds Plus.
Earlier this week, it was rumored that the pre-order would come as a bundle with a set of buds – either the current generation for the S20 or the Galaxy Buds+ for the ultra-premium line. XDA Developers’ Max Weinbach mentioned that the bundle would not be available after the pre-order:
“Galaxy S20 Ultra will also not have Galaxy Buds in the box, even with its insane price. It will have 25W charger and USB C earbuds in box.” – source
The leaked promotional image confirms all the leaks – starting with the camera setup for the two flagships, as well as the incredible 100X “space zoom” on the Ultra.
The S20 line will get Snapdragon 865 processors in some countries in the USA, and the Exynos 990 as a global alternative. The flagships will have up to 16GB of RAM and 120Hz displays, among many other top of the line features.
Meanwhile, the Galaxy Buds+ should come with longer battery life and call quality. Previous leaks claimed that the next-gen wireless earphones would keep their design but skip active noise cancellation. Considering the S20 line will not come with a headphone jack, the Bluetooth buds need to raise to everyone’s expectations.
