Final Fantasy XIV Companion 1.5.0 Update is Now Available with Functionality Improvements

Final Fantasy XIV Companion 1.5.0 Update

The latest update for Final Fantasy XIV Companion is changing the app’s version number to 1.5.0 and it’s rolling out via official over the air channel. Therefore, the only thing that Final Fantasy XIV Companion users are required to do in order to download the new update is to keep their smartphones connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.

Functionality Improvements

As previously noted, the new update introduces a bunch of functionality improvements that have been specially designed to take the app’s performances to the next level. With that said, let’s check them out.

Added the following functions:

  • Automatically stacks items purchased from the market board for items that can be stacked, and already in your inventory;
  • You can make your online status available in contacts list or chat rooms;
  • Online status visibility setting can be changed in settings menu;
  • Added additional bug fixes to improve software performance.
