Devil May Cry 5: Special Edition will be available on the upcoming consoles from Sony and Microsoft. Fans are excited about the updated version of the game and can’t wait to try it out on the PS5 or Xbox Series X.
During the PS5 game showcase, Capcom has revealed a new trailer. The upcoming game includes improvements and new features, but most importantly, a long-awaited character.
Devil May Cry 5: Special Edition new playable character
Devil May Cry 5 is the sixth installment in the franchise and one of the best iteration. It is full of action and a lot of fun to play if you are into slaying demons. So far, Dante, Nero, or V are the only three playable characters.
However, the upcoming special edition includes a new character. The fourth playable character is called Vergil. He is known for its overpowered katana, Yamato, and he is usually offered as a reward at the end-game. Vergil will come with the new update as a paid DLC.
Special Edition Details
According to Capcom, the all-time favorite Turbo Mode will be part of the upcoming update. This game mode makes the game 20 percent faster, and fans love a good challenge. I’m sure some can’t wait to use the Legendary Dark Knight again.
All that, combined with the graphic update, improved game experience, and the next-gen console’s ray-tracing capabilities, sounds very appealing. That means a 120 FPS Mode option is also available. I’m sure fans are happy that this game will come to PS5 and Xbox Series X. On the other hand, PC owners will be able to enjoy the full experience thanks to the upcoming RTX GPUs.
Release Date and Price
Devil May Cry 5: Special Edition costs US$40. The upcoming game release date is November 10 and will also be available on the consoles’ previous versions.
