Cyberpunk 2077 Will Release at a Later Date Than Expected – What Else The RPG Brings

The world of the future will reveal itself to us. More precisely, the environment of the year 2077 will show itself to gamers worldwide, along with the upcoming role-playing open-world title Cyberpunk 2077. Although it’s just a game, it is pretty credible, judging by the numerous trailers that have already been surfacing online.

Even in a futuristic and utopic world where people care more for one another, the technology faces an unprecedented boost, or the care for the environment is much more appealing, there’s one negative aspect of society that will always exist in one form or another: corruption. That’s exactly what Cyberpunk 2077 points out, as the protagonist known as V has to make it out through the metropolis of Night City, where the streets are ruled by thugs.

Release Date: November 19

The developer CD Projekt Red was awaited to release Cyberpunk 2077 way back in April, but delays have got under the way due to several reasons. Besides the ongoing pandemic that delays a lot of tech and gaming events, the developers are clinging to add extra stuff to the game, saying that it can still be improved. Cyberpunk 2077 is scheduled for PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Google Stadia. This means that the next-generation consoles PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X will also be running the upcoming RPG.

Story

The metropolis of Night City is located in the Free State of California, and it’s up to the protagonist character known as V to engage in side jobs and large scale missions for earning Street Cred, gaining credits, and acquiring enhancements for his cybernetic gear as well as weapons. V will use some of these items for remote hacking and more, as the guy is also a very skilled hacker. But as V also gains notoriety in the metropolis, some wrongdoers will also become aware of the guy and try to take him down by all means.

System requirements

For those who don’t mind running the game at minimum settings, it will be enough to have a pretty decent system configuration:

  • Operating System: 64-Bit Windows 7 or 64-Bit 10
  • DirectX Version: DirectX 12
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-3570K or AMD FX-8310
  • RAM: 8 GB
  • Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 or AMD Radeon RX 470
  • Storage space: 70 GB

The developers had raised the stakes when it comes to the recommended configuration:

  • Operating System: 64-Bit Windows 10
  • DirectX Version: DirectX 12
  • Processor: Intel Core i7-4790 or AMD Ryzen 3 3200G
  • RAM: 12 GB
  • Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 or AMD Radeon R9 Fury
  • Storage space: 70 GB SSD

Judging by the trailers and all the other info we have until now, Cyberpunk 2077 will be one of the blockbuster games for 2020.
