Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Season 2 Will End Soon

The two-month Season 2 of gameplay of the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is scheduled to come to an end. On the 7th of April, the last episode of the series is going to be displayed to the gamers. The second season was full of significant upgrades and features for the users. Those included the introduction of the battle royale mode, called the Warzone, as well as the new map called Rust.

Before the end of the gaming season of the Warfare version of the game, the officials have announced the introduction of a period to double the XP. The session is scheduled to start today at 10 PM and finish on the 6th of April at 10 PM as well. At the same time, the company is launching the multiplayer mode, allowing fans to play the content while receiving double incentives.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is free this weekend

Modern Warfare is already available for download for free during the weekend. When the free trial mode ends, users can pay for the game to continue playing it. This will allow them to have all the items that they have collected during the online free weekend. This season will probably be the most crowded one. With everybody being at home because of the social distancing measures taken by the government, the platform is probably going to be hard to access, so make sure that everything is set in due time.

As far as the upcoming Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Season 3, the release date for the versions available for Xbox One and PC is on the 30th of April. Rumors are also stating that the game will soon be available for PlayStation 4 as well, but there has not been any official declaration regarding this matter. Until then, the fans will probably benefit from the free weekend and rush to reach the most advanced level in the game.
