The latest update for Call of Duty: Warzone, has brought the duo mode, which is probably the most fan-requested feature.
The developer, Infinity Ward has released a playlist update for the title across all platforms, which means that now Warzone has a solo, duo, trio, and quadro mode for the mainline, as well as a plunder mode on the side. The playlist update comes together with a double XP, double weapon XP, and 2X tier progression weekend.
The double XP triple feed will be available until 11:00 p.m. Pacific Time (2:00 a.m. ET) on June 3rd, after which season four of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone starts, with new operators, a new battle pass, and brand new maps.
What Will Season 4 Bring
The fourth season of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone has been confirmed to bring Price as the next operator, according to the latest trailer.
The narrative has run from the campaign via Spec Ops and into Warzone in the last few seasons, and the developer has published a new story trailer to update everyone with it. The most significant details include the fact that chemical weapons are now ‘in the wild,’ Mr. Z is still out there, and Captain Price and Gaz have joined an elite task force to clean the mess in Warzone location Verdansk.
The end of the trailer also depicts two new weapons, namely the Vector and the Galil, both of which were leaked not long ago on the Modern Warfare subreddit. Players have also noticed the Galil on a season four teaser uploaded on the Call of Duty Instagram page.
The season will have quite a lot of stuff, so if you’d like to know more about it, we’d recommend browsing Infinity Ward’s plot summary here. There were no details on how big the season four patch size is going to be.
