Buying Yourself an AMD CPU will also Get You Assassin’s Creed Valhalla

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is an upcoming role-playing game that will arrive in December for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Google Stadia, and PC. Developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft, the game is the twelfth major installment for the Assassin’s Creed series.

But getting Assassin’s Creed Valhalla practically for free when you buy an AMD CPU can surely be a great deal. The latest rumor claims exactly that for an upcoming promotion of AMD, as VideoCardz reported.

The promotion starts on July 7th

July 7th is also the date when the new XT-series CPUs from AMD will launch, although the game won’t be out at that time. The CPUs that the promotion is listing are the AMD Ryzen 7 3700X, 3800X, 3800XT, 3900X, 3900XT, and 3950X. As for the six-core mid-tier chips and lower, they won’t be included.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is already available for pre-ordering, and you can check out its official presentation:

“In Assassin’s Creed® Valhalla, you are Eivor, a fierce Viking warrior raised on tales of battle and glory. Explore a dynamic and beautiful open world set against the brutal backdrop of England’s Dark Ages. Raid your enemies, grow your settlement, and build your political power in your quest to earn your place among the gods in Valhalla.”

If you’re willing to be playing Assassin’s Creed Valhalla on a PC, you’ll have to meet at least the following system requirements:

  • Operating System: Windows 10 at 64 bit
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-2500K 3.3GHz / AMD FX-8320
  • Graphics card: AMD Radeon R9 380 or NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 2GB
  • VRAM: 2GB
  • System Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Storage: 50 GB Hard drive space
  • DirectX 11 Compatible Graphics Card

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is on its way, and we can’t wait to delight our eyes with its beautiful graphics, whether it’s coming accompanied by an AMD CPU or not.
