YouTube is a popular video-sharing platform that people use for entertainment – to upload, view, and share videos. We are here to tell you how to activate your YouTube account.
On Smart TV
If your Smart TV model was made in 2013 or later, then you first need to open your YouTube app on your SmartTV. Then, click on the Gear icon, that’s placed on the left side. Then click on Sign in. You will get an eight-digit code. You then need to go to YouTube Activate from your phone and laptop. Sign-in into your account and enter the code you got from YouTube. Then, click Allow access if you see the option.
On Apple TV
First, you need to go to Sign in and to settings, then select Sign in. You will get a code from the app. Keep it in mind. You then need to go to YouTube Activate from your phone and laptop. You will need to enter your Google account info and then sign in. Select Google+, or the page that’s associated with your YouTube Channel. Then enter the code you got from YouTube. Then, click Allow access if you see the option.
On Kodi
First, you need to go to Settings, then select Add-ons, then Install from Repository. Select Kodi Add-on Repository, then Video Add-ons. Then you will need to find YouTube and choose Install. After the process is done, go to Videos, and select Add-ons, then open YouTube and select Sign in. The Add-on will give you a code. Keep it in mind. You then need to go to YouTube Activate from your phone and laptop. You will need to enter your Google account info and then sign in. Then enter the code you got from YouTube. Then, click Allow access if you see the option.
